Customers can request a bank transfer from any account, whether it’s a margin or a normal account. Customers can transfer to one or multiple accounts at different banks.

Note: Bank Account Name must be the same with the name officially registered with securities account at Pinetree.

MAKING BANK TRANSFER

1. Go to the Asset tab and choose Bank Transfer.

2. Choose sub-account, bank account and insert the transfer amount then choose Send request.

3. Confirm the transfer order and complete the transaction. You will be required to enter a verification code to ensure the security of the transaction.

4. The transfer history can be tracked by clicking the History part.
