Customers can request a bank transfer from any account, whether it’s a margin or a normal account. Customers can transfer to one or multiple accounts at different banks.

Note: Bank Account Name must be the same with the name officially registered with securities account at Pinetree.

MAKING BANK TRANSFER

1. Go to the Account tab and choose Bank Transfer.

2. Choose New request then select one of your registered banks, insert the transfer amount and choose Send request.

3. Confirm the transfer order and complete the transaction. You will be required to enter a verification code to ensure the security of the transaction.
