Pinetree Securities will provide your account number and initial login password via SMS and Email. Please follow these steps on the PineX app:

1. Open the PineX app, then go to the Login screen. Then enter the PineX account information sent to your Email/Phone number and click Login to continue.

2. For account security, you will be required to change your initial password. The password should contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

3. After entering the new password, the system will ask you to complete a second layer of verification through an OTP sent to your phone number. Enter the verification code and complete the password change.

4. Log in to your account using the new password. You can enable the Quick Login feature using Fingerprint or Face Recognition if your device supports these recognition methods.
