The Cash Advance service must be registered in advance to use.

You can register through one of the following options:

• Register directly at Pinetree Securities’ trading counter.
• Register online via AlphaTrading.

Request Cash Advance

1. Go to the Account icon then choose Cash Advance function.

2. Choose New request

3. Select the account to advance the sale of securities.

Note: Choose the sale date to display the most accurate value.

4. Click on “Confirm Advance” to complete the requesThe system will complete the advance order, and you will see the status “Unpaid,” indicating that the advance order has been successfully executed. You can withdraw money from the securities account. When the proceeds from the sale of securities are credited to your account, the advance amount will be automatically deducted, and the advance status will change to “Paid.
