This is a service provided by Pinetree Securities that allows Customers to receive advance payment on securities sales pending settlement to enhance their purchasing power.

Note: The advance payment for sales service must be registered in advance to be used.

There are 02 ways to register:

• Register in persons at Pinetree’s counter;
• Register on Webtrading

REQUEST FOR CASH ADVANCE

1. Go to “Account” feature

2. Scroll down and choose Cash Advance

3. Choose New Request

4. Choose sub-account to receive cash advance. Please make sure to set the sell date for the system to display the accurate value.

5. Choose Confirm to finish request.

6. Once the system completes the cash advance request, you will see the status “Unpaid,” indicating that the advance order has been successfully executed, and you can withdraw funds from your securities account. When the proceeds from the sale of securities are credited to your account, the advance amount will be automatically deducted, and the advance status will change to “Paid.” You can check your advance history in the upper right corner of the screen.
