2. Customers are foreign individuals

Foreign Customers must open an indirect investment capital account (IICA) at a depository bank and register trading code with VSD to execute securities trading

Foreign individuals customer have two option to open securities account at Pinetree:

• Option 1: Directly come to Pinetree’s headquarter counter.
• Option 2: Prepared the necessary document and express delivery to Pinetree headquarter address.

The dossier include:

For customers haven’t got securities trading code:

• Contract for opening securities trading account (2 copies)

• Notarized copy of unexpired passport (1 copy);

• Securities trading code application form for foreign individual investors to invest in Vietnam’s Securities Markets (1 copy, VSD form);

• Authorized document for Pinetree to register trading code for Customer (1 copy);

• FATCA (if any)
• Information of IICA account.

For customers already got securities trading code:

• Contract for opening securities trading account (2 copies)

• A copy of unexpired passport;

• FATCA (if any);

• A copy of securities trading code certificate.

• Information of IICA account.
