Please log in to the PineX app to upgrade to a stock trading account.

Note: The account upgrade feature is only available for customers who do not already have a stock trading account with Pinetree Securities.

1. On the main screen after logging in, select Upgrade Trading Account

2. Choose Open Trading Account.

3. Take and upload photos of the front and back of your ID card (ID card or citizen identification card).

Note: Ensure the photos are taken in good lighting, center the ID card in the frame, and ensure the images are not blurry, unclear, or misaligned.

4. If the system is unable to scan your information, please retake the photos or try again.

5. Authenticate your face to increase security. Please follow the instructions and ensure the phone is in good lighting conditions.

6. The system will automatically extract your information from the ID card you provide. Please review and correct any inaccurate information (if any).

6. If you successfully authenticate your face, please confirm the registered information.

Then press the Next button.
