Method 2: Schedule an online video call appointment on the trading website: Trade Pinetree

After receiving your request, a Pinetree specialist will guide you and send a Skype meeting link prepared for the verification process.

Note: Pinetree supports video call verification from Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 11:00 AM and 1:30 – 5:00 PM. Please schedule your call at least 60 minutes in advance on working days to allow Pinetree to arrange the support specialist.
