Customers access detailed account information on AlphaTrading by navigating to the settings section, which includes:

• VSD account number information

• CIF number at Pinetree Securities

• Other personal details: Full name, date of birth, phone number, email, and permanent address

1. Go to Account tab then choose Setting icon

2. Choose “My account” then check your Account Information
