- Pending: The order has not yet reached its effective date or has reached the effective date but has not yet met the activation conditions.
- Active: The order meets the activation conditions and has been successfully placed on the exchange.
- Pending Re-activation: The order meets the activation conditions but fails to be placed successfully due to insufficient buying/selling power, price limits, counter orders, etc., at the time of activation.
- Expired: – The customer cancels the conditional order. – The order exceeds the effective date. – The order is fully executed. – The order is partially executed in previous sessions with the “Single Execution” method and is still within the effective date.

1. Check/Edit/Cancel Conditional Orders in the Conditional Order List:
Step 1: Log into web trading, enter the two-factor authentication OTP, then select the “Order List” function and choose “Conditional Order“.
Step 2: Select the securities sub-account you want to check in the conditional order list. The system will display all the conditional orders you have placed.
Step 3: Select the order you want to cancel, then click the “Cancel Order” button. The system will display a confirmation screen, click the “Confirm” button to complete the order cancellation.

2. Statement of Conditional Orders
Step 1: Log into web trading, enter the two-factor authentication OTP, then select the “Transaction” function and choose “Statement” tab then choose “Conditional Order Statement“.
Step 2: Select the securities sub-account you want to check the conditional order statement for, enters the parameters for the conditional orders you want to search, and then clicks the “Search” button. The system will display all the conditional orders the you have placed according to the criteria you have selected.
